About The Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our first shift production team at our Sebring location, which works Monday - Thursday (6AM-4:30PM) and overtime as needed. The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press equipment to bend, form, and fabricate heavy-gauge metal components according to specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Requirements

Experience working with heavy-gauge steel and metal fabrication
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and grow

CNC brake press experience preferred
