Requirements

Three or more years of production experience is required, with one or more years in a production operator/machinist role.

Nice To Haves

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receiving processed parts and reading blueprints/sketches to fabricate a variety of complex, mid-low volume parts. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems associated with job set up.
Adhering to proper die setups to maximize production levels and machine/tool life.
Inspecting your own work prior to next operation. Serving as precision and operational inspector for Production Operators’ work. Adjust and send work back as necessary.
Stacking and/or moving completed work by following material handling procedures.
Supporting the Company’s 5S program to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner.
Making recommendations to change outdated or ineffective procedures through the kaizen process.
