Requirements

• Strong safety focus and technical aptitude.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability.
• Eye for detail.
• Prior experience with reading drawings and selecting proper tooling.
• Prior experience running a brake press/CNC or heavy machinery is required.

Nice To Haves

• Programming experience with brake press or CNC machinery.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts for assembly operations forming aluminum and stainless steel using a hydraulic brake press.
• Perform spot inspections of parts and adjust speed and material flow to ensure top quality and meet customer specifications.
• Read drawings, select proper tooling, and hold parts within close tolerances.
• Run a brake press/CNC or heavy machinery; programming experience preferred.
• Control equipment and material used in the production process using both hands.
• Perform reading, writing, and math functions as required.
• Navigate basic computer systems and perform data entry.
• Work overtime when needed.
• Stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift at least 50 pounds.
