Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No prior experience required — we provide training
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Operate brake press and other machinery to form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean, organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
