Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as with resources of supervision and management.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register patients into the facility, including the Clinic.
• Answer and distribute calls/messages.
• Schedule patients and verify current patient demographics.
• Provide excellent service to patients, their families, physician office staff, hospital personnel, and related outside agencies.
