Scope of Work: Perform administrative duties assisting the Branch/Store Manager, may include assisting the Regional Manager. Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist in greeting visitors, prepare correspondence, fill-in for Branch Secretary when necessary. Answer all telephone calls and route. Take detailed messages. Maintain files and keep up-to-date. Handle project oriented duties and complete in a timely manner. Cover for other clerical personnel when they are out of the office. Promote good welfare among the company and its’ divisions.
