About The Position

The position involves providing operational guidance and mentorship to associates across all departments of the resort. The individual will partner and build relationships with various departments to ensure smooth night and weekend operations while demonstrating Genuine Ozarks Hospitality and Professional Service. Responsibilities include working with management and leads from each department, ensuring proper execution of assigned duties, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor as an ambassador for Bass Pro Shops Hospitality. The role requires adherence to all policies and procedures, interacting with guests to provide genuine hospitality, and monitoring systems to ensure quick processing of calls. The individual will also provide real-time updates during emergencies, complete nightly reports, conduct investigations into claims, and maintain the skills required for the job. The position emphasizes teamwork and assisting other departments as needed, upselling to enhance guest experiences, and conducting quality control audits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Hospitality experience in a guest service role or management operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions, delegate tasks, and lead associates.
  • Valid in-state Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
  • Must be initiative-taking and able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational guidance and mentorship to associates from all departments.
  • Build relationships with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with management and leads to ensure proper execution of duties.
  • Make decisions in the absence of Department Directors or Managers.
  • Interact with guests and provide genuine Ozark Hospitality.
  • Monitor HOTSOS for quick call processing.
  • Provide real-time updates during emergencies.
  • Complete Nightly F&S MOD Report and submit to Leadership Team.
  • Conduct and document investigations into claims.
  • Assist other departments in times of need.
  • Upsell and assist guests to enhance their stay.
  • Conduct nightly quality control audits.
  • Lead the Overnight Huddle in person and on Zoom.
