About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced BPO Senior Manager to lead operations, drive performance excellence, and ensure high-quality service delivery across our business process outsourcing teams. This role requires strong analytical abilities, deep domain expertise, and proven leadership skills in managing high-volume, process-driven environments. Requirements

  • 8 years of BPO experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • 5 years Experience in process transitions, implementation, and client relationship management.
  • 3 year experience working in an office setting, multitasking online with multiple Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong analytical ability to review, interpret, and process transactions based on defined operational rules.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate knowledge as a skilled specialist, applying expertise to solve problems and optimize processes.
  • Deep domain knowledge in the Healthcare and Insurance industry, with experience handling related processes, compliance requirements, and data standards.
  • Proven ability to verify, analyze, and compile data accurately.
  • Experience resolving operational challenges and driving productivity improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams in a BPO environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end BPO operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with business rules and SLAs.
  • Conduct thorough checks for completeness and appropriateness of source data.
  • Lead fact-finding activities, including information searches, data gathering, and process audits.
  • Verify, compile, and validate data to support operational activities and reporting requirements.
  • Identify, resolve, and prevent routine and recurring operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, client, and quality standards.
