About The Position

A BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Project Manager oversees outsourced business operations—such as customer service, back-office work, or IT services—that are often handled by third-party vendors or offshore teams. Their job is to ensure the outsourced work runs smoothly, meets deadlines, stays within scope, and satisfies client expectations. Think of them as the bridge between the client and the BPO provider, making sure everyone is on the same page, work is moving forward, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • Previous BPO experience preferred.
  • Experience with TCS and ADP.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of outsourced operations, especially in high-volume environments.
  • Experience working with offshore teams or call centers, often across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, and process records.
  • Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on administrative needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and client requirements.
