Role Summary The BPO Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Xometry’s BPO program. This specialist ensures all administrative and compliance-related documentation is complete and accurate, while also serving as a primary point of contact for internal business customers submitting new or updated BPO requests. This position bridges the gap between business functions, BPO vendors, and internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, and IT), ensuring smooth onboarding, change management, and reporting processes across all outsourcing initiatives.
