About The Position

National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for a BPO Collector to join our team. NSB is a family owned, “People First” company focused on Insurance Subrogation and Accounts Receivable Management. BPO Collector Essential Job Functions: Participate in call campaigns with the primary objective of contacting borrowers with past due loans and credit cards to collect past due payments. Engage in conversations with borrowers that lead to an understanding of their current financial situation and work with each customer to identify an acceptable resolution to cure delinquency. Solicit payment by phone and updated demographic information. Identify and listen to consumer issues and refer to the proper person/area. Escalate issues through the appropriate channels when necessary. Diffuse escalated call situations confidently, effectively and professionally. Contact opposing insurance companies to open claims and request status updates. Utilize the internet and other internal search tools to search for customers/guarantors and customer business information with the goal of developing additional contacts. Provide back-up and support to other staff as needed. Other duties as assigned.
