Requirements

  • Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a consultant or analyst-related occupation.
  • Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following: Sales operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously on multiple projects to drive business results.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Providing business insights and recommendations by analyzing large/complex data sets.
  • Data analytics and data visualization skills.
  • Building financial models for forecasting and business analysis.
  • Defining requirements for financial reporting and planning.
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems.
  • Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of economic analysis, statistics, forecasting, and business intelligence to drive efficient analytics and reporting for business planning and operations.
  • Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners across the company by translating strategic questions into structured analyses, defining success metrics, and developing reporting channels, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives.
  • Conduct impactful quantitative analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indications, team productivity, and sales effectiveness.
  • Design economic and statistical models to frame and track competitive landscape, understand operation goals, and identify business insights and recommendations.
  • Make effective, data driven, strategic operating decisions in an effort to optimize the performance of the team.
  • Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations including goal-setting, revenue reviews, and key account planning.
  • Use econometric and mathematical models and statistical techniques to develop standard processes and tools/dashboards that can be scaled globally.
  • Lead recurring planning processes and partner with sales leaders on how to optimize resources to drive growth, including market opportunity sizing, product focus, and org design.
  • Identify and solve strategic questions related to Meta's largest business opportunities.
