Boys Tennis Varsity Coach The Buckley School is seeking a qualified Varsity Coach for the boys' tennis team for the 2026-2027 school year. An independent, gender-inclusive day school for students in kindergarten through grade 12, providing students with a program based on critical thinking, creative self-expression through arts, physical development, and moral education lies at the heart of Buckley's ethos. Requirements
- Previous coaching or competitive tennis experience at the junior high/high school or collegiate level
- Safely transport student-athletes to and from games, practices, and tournaments using a school-provided van.
- Demonstrated competency in diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Bachelor's degree
- Be outgoing and friendly
- Enthusiastic for the sport
Responsibilities
- Organizing and running practices
- Scheduling games
- Coaching at games
- Scouting and overseeing individual and team conditioning workouts
- Compiling statistics
- Administering basic first aid
- Other duties as required
