About The Position

Responsibilities: Run practices & conditioning Coordinate with Advisory Board on fundraising and state of the program Schedule Games with other teams Coordinate with Officials on Game Availability Send out stats from games to Adam/Mason Have multiple call-out meetings for players and parents Set up Remind app to be able to communicate with players and parents Coordinate with AD on practice/game times and field/gym availability Qualifications: Experience playing/coaching Lacrosse Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills Maintain an interest and enthusiasm to coach Lacrosse in a parochial school Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, officials, and members of the Mater Dei community Knowledge of the game of lacrosse/willingness to learn the game Ability to work well with high schoolers Organized, punctual, and leadership skills that would be expected of a High School Coach

Requirements

Experience playing/coaching Lacrosse
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Maintain an interest and enthusiasm to coach Lacrosse in a parochial school
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, officials, and members of the Mater Dei community
Knowledge of the game of lacrosse/willingness to learn the game
Ability to work well with high schoolers
