Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to understand the process of the job required
Knowledge of a scale and tape gun
Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety/pre-requisite program trainings
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of assigned tasks and production goals
Ensuring all company policies and food safety protocols are followed
Partnering with operators and other boxers to successfully hit production goals
Making sure the quality of the product meets requirements
Making sure each box has the correct label
Making sure packaging is correct to prevent any kind of contamination
Being flexible in multiple departments, SUR, hand pack, polishing, finn-coating, and/or enrobing
