About The Position

AIT Home Delivery offers the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods. Our dedicated teams of contractors provide fast and reliable home services for many high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers. We are looking for contractor teams to deliver and assemble furniture, operating on a contract basis with the potential to earn between $170K and $225K per year, depending on volume, location, and customer service abilities. Settlements are processed weekly, and the work involves running a furniture route from Tuesday to Saturday.

Requirements

• Must have a 26' box truck.
• Must have a lift gate.
• Must operate as a two-man team.
• Must have an EIN (Employer Identification Number).
• Must maintain insurance that meets AIT requirements.
• DOT/MC (Department of Transportation/Motor Carrier) registration required.
• 1 year of final mile install experience with home goods is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' box truck to run furniture delivery routes.
• Perform in-home assembly (white glove service) for various furniture items including couches, beds, and shelving units.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery and assembly of goods to customers.
