About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Box Truck Route Driver. As a driver, you will be going out to main stores to pick up their used tires. You will be going out with a Route Helper, a team of 2. Both of you are responsible for manually loading and stacking these used tires onto the back of the trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 1 year experience box truck experience
• 21 years of age with clean driving record
• Must have and maintain acceptable MVR

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• Maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
• Pass post-offer background and drug test
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed and some on Holiday’s.
• Be willing to start at 6:00 AM on most days and the ending time for the day depends on your daily route.
• Be willing to load and lace the tires into the trailers.
• Be willing to always be professional at our tire stores
