About The Position

MML Alliance hires experienced Owner-Operators with active authority (MC/DOT) and a box truck to run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states. If you're an independent contractor looking for steady loads, strong back-office support, and weekly pay, MML Alliance offers a profitable partnership with transparency and no forced dispatch. This is an OTR position across all 48 states where routes are discussed with your dispatcher. Your earnings depend on your availability, routes chosen, and time on the road. A mandatory orientation is required before loads can be assigned, which takes a few hours and is held Monday–Thursday, starting at 9 a.m., with the first load dispatched immediately after completion.

Requirements

Owner-Operator with active authority (MC/DOT)
Possess a box truck
Minimum 2 years of experience
NON-CDL license
Complete mandatory orientation
Commit to a minimum of 2 weeks on the road
