As a Pickup & Delivery Driver , your mission is to receive, deliver, and pick up tires, retreads, wheels, and other tire-related products and materials. What We Offer: Paid Training Performance Incentives & Bonuses Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision PTO after 90 days Employee Discounts Employee Referal Program Employee Assistance Programs Flex and Health Savings Accounts Prescription Program Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Free Group Life and AD&D insurance policy 401(k) with Company Match Opportunities for Advancement What You Need: Valid driver’s license Clean 3-yr MVR with no DUIs Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen Ability to obtain forklift certification Ability to lift, pull, or push heavy objects Previous delivery driver and/or tire experience preferred What You’ll Do: Pickup/Delivery of Commercial Truck & Earth Mover Tires Drive a 2-ton (up to 26ft) box truck Drive service vehicle with gooseneck trailer combo Receive, unpack, check, sort, stack, and store tires Fill requisition orders and prep inventory for delivery Maintain equipment and work area clean and organized Embrace Purcell's culture of safety at all times and on all jobs Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols Look for opportunities to improve our products & services Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management DRUG TESTING Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly, or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state. Salary Description $19 - $21 / Hour
