About The Position

At Flexpak, safety comes first, always. We're seeking a full-time Box Truck Driver- Non CDL for our Wood Cross, UT location who takes pride in driving responsibly, delivering efficiently, and representing our company with professionalism on every route.You’ll operate locally, no nights, weekends, overnights, or long hauls, and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the reliable service they’ve come to expect.

Requirements

• A valid driver license
• Previous experience driving a 24 foot box truck or bigger.
• A clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be certified
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Solid communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Dependability and good time management
• Willingness to assist with warehouse tasks when not on the road

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep your truck clean and in safe operating condition
• Make local deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely drop-offs
• Load and unload freight safely
• Complete all required documentation with attention to detail
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with customers
• Support warehouse operations as needed
