The company develops, manufactures, markets and distributes mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows and other sleep products in approximately 100 countries. Upholsters boxspring units by stapling padding and fabric on coil spring units. Staples fabric and dust cover to wood frame using a staple gun. This work is typically done in a team of two and they build the box spring assembly before it is covered. The person lifts a 10 pound grid, laying it on the wooden slats which are on a waist high table. They then used modified staplers/nail guns to tack the assembly in place.
