About The Position

Rehrig Pacific is looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This hands-on role is vital to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a supportive team. The shift details are Saturday to Monday, from 6 am to 6:30 pm, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and great benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Clean as You Go).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
