About The Position

The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center/Stifel Theatre seeks qualified candidates for the position of Part-Time Box Office Ticket Seller. The primary responsibility of this position is the selling of admission tickets & helping guests navigate mobile ticketing. Duties will include utilizing the ticketing system for distributing tickets to patrons; accepting payment; answering questions concerning event schedules, reservations and coming attractions as well as keeping daily balance sheets of cash received and tickets sold.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• 1-2 years of cash handling experience is preferred
• Experience using Ticketmaster software is ideal
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Selling tickets using Ticketmaster suite of ticketing products
• Understand mobile ticketing and be able to help guide guests through the mobile ticketing process
• Prepare daily reconciliation for ticket sales
• Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Be knowledgeable and positive when interacting with the public in person and over the phone
