About The Position

A Box Office Ticket Agent plays a key role in supporting guests with all of their Caesars Entertainment ticketing needs. As the first point of contact, the ticket seller serves as a knowledgeable resource, answering guest questions with an upbeat, positive, and service‑focused attitude. This position sets the tone for the overall hospitality experience and contributes directly to guest satisfaction. Ticket sellers are expected to maintain a consistently positive work environment and initiate professional, friendly, and helpful interactions with both internal and external guests.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience required.
  • A working knowledge of Ticketmaster or other Ticketing system required.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • This position generates revenue by issuing, selling, upselling and cross-promoting show tickets and attractions directly to guests at the Caesars Entertainment Box Office locations and via telephone.
  • Stay well-informed of all Caesars Entertainment properties, shows, attractions and entertainment venues as part of creating a memorable guest experience.
  • Effectively impact ticket sales growth for all Caesars Entertainment venues by suggesting the best guest experience.
  • Make reservations on site and issue tickets for shows, casino events, special events and 3 rd party ticket vendors as approved by Caesars Entertainment
  • Collect funds and keep documentation for tickets and transactions
  • Works schedules based on business demands
  • Presents information and respectfully respond to questions asked by other departments, guests, management, supervisors, box office leads and the general public.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with the ticketing system
  • Processes show ticket transactions for guests
  • Promotes and suggests cross-property shows and attractions
  • Recommends additional offerings across all properties such as Food & Beverage and Total Rewards
  • Assists guests with questions about the city and Caesars Entertainment properties
  • Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests
  • Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests
  • Anticipates guest needs and consistently works to exceed expectations
  • Excellent phone and written communications skills, plus have the temperament to work in fast-paced work environment under frequently changing conditions.
