Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous cashiering and/or ticketing experience preferred.
• Ticketmaster experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Box Office with walk-up sales, incoming calls and other forms of communication pertaining to the Box Office.
• Effectively explains seating diagram to guests.
• Maintains accountability of a cash bank drawer, balances bank at end of shift.
• Issues cash and comp concert tickets and VIP credentials.
• Helps with inventory control of ticketed shows.
• May distribute promotional coupons.
• Maintain and understand general venue and company knowledge, including upcoming events, company initiatives, hours of operation, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.
• Attend and participate in off-property functions and events as assigned.
• Perform work regularly and predictably.
• Other duties as assigned.
