The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and the management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers. This role pays an annual salary of $58,000-$63,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until March 13, 2026. About the Venue Oak View Group manages a variety of venues in Grand Junction, Colorado. The first venues that Oak View Group started with are the Grand Junction Convention Center and Avalon Theatre, both located in the heart of downtown. From there, our contract grew to include the Las Colonias Amphitheater, then expanded to managing concessions at Stocker Stadium. Grand Junction Convention Center offers 24,120 square feet of meeting and exhibit space, accommodating up to 2,670 people. Avalon Theatre is a 1,095 seated theatre seeing shows such as: Matt Mathews, Aaron Lewis, Dave Chapple, Josh Turner, and Lyle Lovette. Las Colonias Amphitheater is a 4,500-seat amphitheater. Some shows held at the amphitheater include: Darius Rucker, Ringo Star, Tedeschi Trucks, and Bert Kreisher.
