Overview The Box Office Attendant responsible for ticket sales and customer service for all ticketed events at the Ford Idaho Center. While delivering exceptional customer service to patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of the ticketing system, event details, and venue seating configurations to assist guests with ticket purchases and inquiries. The attendant processes transactions, handles cash and credit payments with accuracy, and ensures proper distribution of tickets and change. Additionally, the position involves responding to phone inquiries, maintaining confidentiality of financial and customer information, and reconciling daily ticket sales. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00
