About The Position

Responsible for assembling of wood and/or plastic bins and performing other duties.

Requirements

• Requires the ability to follow verbal and written commands, work with others, and the ability to coordinate production with peers.
• Requires the ability to work any shift.
• Must be able to stand 7 hours.
• Must travel up and down 15 steps minimum at least 15 times per shift.
• Must be able to consistently lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use hands and feet in full range of motion.
• Pulling, pushing, some twisting and bending is required.
• Be able to operate air and hand tools.
• Must have good hand and eye coordination skills.
• Must be able to work around moving equipment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on platform, which includes uneven surfaces (roller, plates, and steps)
• Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment agility test.
• Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood bins.
• Bin parts weigh from 50 – 70 lbs.
• Inserting carboard and plastic liner bags into bins.
• Pushing empty bins down production line.
• Placing wood and/or plastic lids on top of filled bins.
• Operate strapping and conveyor equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned
