About The Position
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Box Loader/Unloader team in West Jordan. Job Responsibilities: Loading: Manually load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading) Scan boxes into the trailer using handheld scanners Move cages to and from staging areas Maintain speed, organization, and accuracy throughout the loading process Unloading: Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor Scan boxes and place them into designated cages Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all tasks Compensation: Paid per trailer and per case loaded/unloaded Average earnings: $150–$200 per day ($15–$25 per hour) High-performing team members may earn up to $25–$35 per hour Compensation is performance-based—the more you produce, the more you earn Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM 10-hour shifts (4x10 schedule) Occasional weekend work as needed Requirements: Strong attendance and punctuality are required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently Reliable transportation is required Ability to work for extended periods in a physically demanding environment Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person (West Jordan, UT) Relocation to West Jordan, UT is required prior to starting Freight Breakers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Vets/Disabled).
