About The Position
Freight Breakers LLC is hiring motivated team members for loading and unloading operations in West Jordan. This is a fast-paced, physical role with performance-based pay—ideal for individuals who want to earn more by working harder. What You’ll Do: Loading: Load boxes by hand from a conveyor into trailers (floor loading) Scan all boxes into the trailer using a handheld scanner Move cages to and from staging areas Maintain speed, accuracy, and clean stacking Unloading: Unload floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor Scan boxes and sort them into cages Keep workflow moving efficiently and safely Pay: Paid per trailer / per case (performance-based) Average: $120 – $200 per day Typical hourly equivalent: $16 – $25/hour Top performers: $25 – $35/hour+ Schedule: 1st Shift: Friday – Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts) Requirements: Strong attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable) Ability to pass background check and drug screen Able to lift 5–50 lbs consistently Reliable transportation Capable of working long, physically demanding shifts Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Location: West Jordan, UT (must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting) Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In-person Freight Breakers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Vets/Disabled) View all jobs at this company
