About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Capability to perform continuous/repetitive movements, including grasping and flexing arms.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours on concrete or platforms.
• Willingness to work around animal blood and carcass parts.
• Ability to work in cold (20-40 degrees) and warm (over 100 degrees) environments.
• Experience working with knives (if trained) and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and twist repetitively throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs overhead and 60 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and use hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment in food production.
• Perform physically demanding work requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Work scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime based on production demands.
• Follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards while working in various environments.
