About The Position

The Bowling Representative team member is responsible for customer service in the Starlight Lanes Bowling Center.  This team member provides the customers with lane assignments; makes sure they are fitted appropriately for their shoes, and handles lane response questions.

Requirements

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • General knowledge of bowling.
  • One-year customer service experience.
  • Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
  • All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers in a timely manner.
  • Answers general bowling center inquiries received on the telephone or within the bowling center, and directs other inquiries to the appropriate departmental person.
  • Collects customer fees for bowling services rendered.
  • Operates cash registers and/or credit card machines, and adding machines.
  • Complies with all policies and procedures to include safety regulations of the bowling center.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
