About The Position

Join the team at Sun Valley’s Bowling Center, where the energy is high and the
vibes are friendly. As a Bowling Crew Member, you’ll greet guests with a smile,
serve food and drinks, and help create a fun, welcoming environment for all
ages. This role includes everything from running concessions to assisting with
lane operations and light maintenance.

Requirements

• Requires candidates to be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• High energy, adaptable, and ready to learn
• Reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching
• Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them get set up with a lane
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with great service
• Prepare and sell concessions
• Support light lane maintenance and keep accurate logs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Open and close the bowling center to company standards
• Operate the register and reconcile cash and credit reports
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Jump in where needed to keep the fun rolling
