About The Position

The Bowling Center Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and clean entertainment experience for guests at the bowling center. This role involves customer service, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. The attendant will interact with guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while handling various tasks related to bowling operations.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with children and adults.
• Basic money handling and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment by being alert and attentive to children and guests.
• Issue bowling lanes and shoes using credit card machines and cash registers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bowling center areas to present a wholesome environment.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments on pinsetters, including cleaning and lubricating them.
• Follow safe work practices at all times.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
