SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Bowling Guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service. Also ensures that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Greets customers as they enter the center. Assigns open lanes to customers, and manage a “Wait List” for lanes when applicable. Keeps track of lanes as they open and assign them to customers on the wait list. Rents shoes and helps customers to locate house balls. Prepares for and begins league play according to schedule. Handles Guest phone inquiries and take reservations for open play when available. Pages customers in house and/or provides message service. Makes promotional announcements. Remains alert for Guest disturbances. Accepts payment and makes change for monies tendered. Adheres to Black Oak Casino Resort and departmental appearance standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
