USC Bovard Scholars aims to help high-achieving high school students with financial need gain admission to and succeed at the nation’s top universities. Scholars will receive admission and financial aid guidance, personalized career exploration opportunities, comprehensive test preparation, and leadership development. Many of our students will be the first in their families to attend college. The program includes an intensive, two-week residential experience during the summer on USC’s campus at no cost to the students. USC Bovard Scholars is seeking a motivated and driven leader to serve as Residential Coordinator for the 2026 summer intensive. Candidates should have experience supporting economically disadvantaged students within an academic environment. The ideal candidates will have experience working with high school students and a passion for expanding student access and academic opportunity. This is a full-time, live-in professional position overseeing high school scholars and a team of resident assistant staff. This position performs a variety of important daily operational tasks.
