About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and communication, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for trends. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and creating an inviting shopping environment that enhances the customer experience. Location- Fisherman's Village- Punta Gorda

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management within a luxury product line or beauty industry is most desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus .
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and staff schedules.
Proficiency in math for handling transactions, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Retail Sales: 2 years (Required)
Meeting goals and KPI's: 2 years (Required)
Retail store management: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and maximize profitability.
Maintain financial accuracy through effective training in managing cash registers and sales reports.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
