About The Position

Requirements

• Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
• 3-4 years of retail experience with a proven sales and service track record.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to analyze sales data.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and create a customer-centric environment.
• Ensure the team executes Benefit’s service standards and sales strategies effectively.
• Teach, coach, and develop employees to enhance customer service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the Retail/POS system and respond to customer feedback within 24 hours.
• Achieve and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the boutique and team members.
• Promote a positive work environment and lead by example in professionalism and integrity.
• Hire, train, and develop staff, including conducting performance reviews and managing employee relations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the boutique, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
