About The Position
As a guest service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience at our hotel. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner, using their names whenever possible. Your duties will include managing guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests. You will also handle financial transactions, maintain a balanced bank, and utilize various computer systems to manage reservations and guest interactions. Additionally, you will assist with concierge services and provide troubleshooting support for in-room services. Your comprehensive knowledge of hotel availability, local attractions, and amenities will be essential in providing excellent service to our guests.
