About The Position

The Sales Team member at StretchLab is responsible for driving membership sales and supporting daily studio operations. This role serves as the face of the studio, engaging with clients and prospects to promote services and ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Excellent sales and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and retail
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must have proficient computer skills
• 1 year of sales experience required
• Associate's degree required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm first visits & member sessions
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Participate in special events (health fairs, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned
