Requirements
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred; boutique or specialty retail experience strongly valued
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality shopping experiences
- Drive individual and team sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
- Meet and exceed established sales goals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, restocking, and inventory care
- Receive, tag, and stock new merchandise
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including store readiness and security
- Uphold loss prevention practices and store policies
- Perform basic floral care and maintenance as needed
- Contribute to a professional, results-focused team culture
