About The Position

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their team. The role involves providing essential personal care services to residents in a supportive and enriching environment, helping seniors to age magnificently in a beautiful apartment-style community that offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Requirements

• Compassionate attitude towards others and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
