Find your future at Revvity Bottling Technicians for our BMIA group at BioLegend will be responsible for processing product formulations, filling, capping, labeling, and completing batch records, and putting away Finished Good Inventory (FGI). This is a highly team-oriented group which involves working closely with other core teams within the BMIA Departments (LEGENDplex and ELISA) as well as other departments such as Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging, MCI, and Quality Control groups.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 6 months of relevant experience in the biotech manufacturing industry and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment
  • Or 6 months of non-industry, laboratory experience (e.g. academia)

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry
  • Experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations
  • Aseptic Technique in biosafety cabinet

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles.
  • Formulate products per approved SOPs and work instructions.
  • Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lots number etc. are correct.
  • Ability to perform simple Math calculations.
  • Put away finished good products in their designated temperature conditions.
  • Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide training to others.
  • Set-up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
  • Operate computer-controlled process support/process equipment (i.e., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machines, etc.).
  • Follow instructions for completion of job tasks.
  • Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
  • Clean and maintains work area and all lab equipment and supplies.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
