The Bottling Supervisor is responsible for supervisory/leadership responsibilities in the Bottling Department. These include, but are not limited to overseeing operations of assigned bottling lines to effectively and efficiently ensure completion of production schedules within safety, quality, budgetary and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor provides technical assistance to operators and line employees, coordinates necessary maintenance actions to maintain production quality and efficiency, and works with the Bottling Manager and bottling maintenance team to implement operational and mechanical improvements. The role also involves evaluating production efficiency and cost, planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating production on assigned lines, and directing improvements and corrective action plans. The Bottling Supervisor monitors and enforces all OSHA and Company safety regulations and policies, provides leadership to the safety program, trains and supervises assigned bottling line employees, and continuously improves the quality of processes, products, services and the culture in which we work. Additionally, the supervisor provides support to the New Product Development Team, meets and exceeds customer expectations, recommends ideas to reduce costs, and ensures all Bottling operations meet regulatory requirements.
