Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs of equipment and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain botteless water cooler systems at customer locations.
Conduct routine service checks to ensure optimal performance of water coolers.
Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of water cooler systems.
Manage inventory and order parts as needed for repairs and installations.
Document service visits and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
