Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in installation or service roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs of equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain botteless water cooler systems at customer locations.
• Conduct routine service checks to ensure optimal performance of water coolers.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of water cooler systems.
• Manage inventory and order parts as needed for repairs and installations.
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
