As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This role will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base and establishing strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong customer relationship management skills, demonstrate excellent product knowledge, and be comfortable negotiating and closing deals. Culligan Sales Representatives spend much of their time out in the field, traveling throughout their assigned territory. This means exposure to a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings with changing weather conditions. While you’ll be home every night, expect to spend significant time driving, meeting customers, and getting in and out of your vehicle. This role includes work in both residential and commercial environments and offers flexibility to accommodate customer schedules. Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items, as well as standing, kneeling, and bending as needed.
