Requirements

Previous experience in bottle service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
Strong sales and upselling skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell VIP tables, bottle service packages, and special event bookings to enhance guest experiences.
Maximize sales by recommending premium bottle selections, mixers, and additional services.
Develop and maintain relationships with personal clients to drive repeat business and ensure loyalty.
Actively promote the club on social media by posting flyers, sharing event updates, and engaging with followers.
Work closely with fellow waitresses, bartenders, BOH, and management to deliver seamless service and maintain a positive team environment.
Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, teammates, and management.
Provide a friendly, attentive, and personalized experience to all guests, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits.
Feel at ease working in a fast-paced, loud environment with large crowds.
Have a deep understanding of nightlife culture and trends, ensuring you can cater to guests' needs and expectations.
