About The Position
Bottega Veneta is seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Saks Beverly Hills. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. As a Client Advisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include client outreach, developing new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keeping clients informed about new collection deliveries and in-store events. You will effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, routinely updating and maintaining client profile records. A commitment to continuous learning is essential, as you will be expected to seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to enhance your performance. You will also maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing training resources provided by the company. Other duties include assisting management with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
