Hone-at-Home empowers Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver concierge aesthetic and wellness treatments (including Botox, IV Therapy, and more) from the comfort of clients' homes or preferred locations. We provide access to comprehensive training, funded by Hone-at-Home, and equip you with the tools, guidance, and support to immediately begin practicing and earning upon completion. Our platform enables you to launch your own aesthetic and wellness practice under the Hone-at-Home brand umbrella with minimal upfront costs. While you will cover a portion of supply costs, Hone-at-Home will handle logistics, training, medical supervision, compliance, and insurance, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care and building your business. Hone-at-Home is expanding to Colorado ! We are looking for new aesthetic nurses who are passionate about helping people look and feel their best while maintaining complete schedule flexibility and practice independence. Previous aesthetic experience is not required, but we are looking for confidence, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing excellent care. This is not a traditional employment position, you will operate independently as part of the Hone-at-Home network and have the opportunity to build your own book of business with the full support of the Hone-at-Home platform. Requirements

• Active BLS Certification
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to build your own business
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about aesthetics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A natural connector with a strong local network and a creative edge when it comes to attracting new clients.
• Flexible to travel and work in multiple locations within a reasonable distance to your home
• Experience in medical aesthetics is not required

Responsibilities

• Administer Treatments: Perform medical aesthetic and wellness treatments (including Botox, IV Therapy, and more) in accordance with the protocols and best practices established by Hone-at-Home.
• Personalized Consultations: Consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic goals.
• Promote Your Business: Actively market your services through social media, word of mouth, and personal networking.
• Manage Your Schedule: Use the Hone-at-Home platform to manage your schedule, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely arrival for appointments.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
• Charting and Documentation: Complete accurate and compliant clinical documentation for every client.
• Inventory and Equipment: Maintain proper working order of medical equipment and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow Protocols: Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety/sanitation protocols.
• Ongoing Education: Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
